Goat Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes ~ Vine ripened with whipped goat cheese topped with fresh chives. 

Ceviche ~ Fresh fish, shrimp, lobster chunks, cilantro, red onions, mango, and fresh citrus juices. 
Cocktail Shrimp ~ Lemon-herb steamed shrimp, chilled, served with keylime cocktail sauce

Pepper Shrimp Cup ~ Key West pinks atop fire roasted poblano cream cheese

Ahi Tuna On Endive ~ Black & white sesame encrusted tuna, drizzled with wasabi dressing
