How the Service Works
You tell us your departure time, passenger count and any dietary needs. We cook the morning of the flight, plate and pack each meal individually, and deliver to the FBO ramp with the coordinate of your tail number already on the paperwork. Crew meals and passenger meals are prepared and labeled separately.

Our in-flight menu travels well at altitude and holds its texture on a two-hour leg: seared steak and chicken plates, fresh salads, fruit and pastry breakfasts, vegan and gluten-free trays on request.
