Old Town Manor Wedding and Event Catering in Key West

Catering at Old Town Manor in Key West. Caribbean menus cooked on-site for garden weddings, corporate dinners, birthdays and graduations. From $65 per person.

An 1886 Landmark Wrapped in Gardens, One Block from Duval

Old Town Manor is a restored 1886 Victorian Greek Revival house standing at 511 Eaton Street, in the heart of Historic Old Town. Fourteen guest rooms look out over a private garden courtyard threaded with brick paths, fish-pond fountains, and palms and orchids that have been growing there for a century. It is one of the few addresses in Key West where a wedding ceremony, a cocktail hour, and a seated dinner all happen on the same piece of ground, with your guests sleeping a staircase away.

Destination Catering & Events has cooked in that courtyard more times than we can count. We know which corner catches the late afternoon light for photographs, where the mobile kitchen can stage without crossing the ceremony aisle, and how to keep a dinner service quiet enough that the garden still sounds like a garden. Because the venue is a working inn, we plan around its guests as well as yours, which is a detail most caterers learn the hard way.

How Your Celebration at Old Town Manor Unfolds

The property's layout is its greatest asset: each stage of an event moves naturally into the next without anyone walking far or waiting long.

The Ceremony

Vows in the garden courtyard, framed by brick, palms, and the house's wraparound veranda. Intimate enough for twenty guests, with room to seat a hundred when the courtyard and lawn are opened up together.

The Cocktail Hour

Guests gather among the fountains and gardens while we pass hors d'oeuvres and pour signature island cocktails. Book your event by the end of 2027 and the tropical charcuterie and grazing spread for cocktail hour is complimentary, set as a centerpiece with artisan cheeses, fresh tropical fruit, and island-inspired meats.

The Dinner and Dancing

A seated dinner under the palms, a buffet along the garden wall, or a chef-attended live station where guests watch their plate come together. Our mobile commercial kitchen cooks on the property, so dinner arrives hot instead of having travelled across the island in a warming box.

Beyond Weddings: Every Kind of Affair

Old Town Manor suits far more than weddings, and plenty of clients book it for exactly that reason.

  • Corporate events. Client dinners, board retreats, holiday parties, and company receptions, with the inn's rooms available for out-of-town colleagues.
  • Birthday parties. Milestone birthdays in the garden, from a quiet seated dinner to a full-band evening with an open bar.
  • Graduation parties. Family celebrations for high school and college graduates, with the courtyard set for a relaxed buffet and a long evening.
  • Political and civic events. Fundraisers, campaign receptions, and community gatherings, run with the discretion a Historic Old Town address affords.
  • Anniversaries, reunions, and welcome parties. Multi-day celebrations where the ceremony, dinner, and next morning's brunch all happen on one property.

On-Site Cooking and Working with a Historic Inn

An 1886 house is not a banquet hall. Power, access, and noise all have limits, and we plan for them before the day rather than during it. Our mobile commercial kitchen arrives self-contained, we stage from the service side, and we coordinate directly with the inn's team so your guests never see the work behind the evening.
